I only really care how the 1st and 2nd team has looked. You hope for a couple of surprises out of the 3rd string.
Most of the 3rd and 90+% of the 4th string won't be on the team in a couple of days so what you're seeing tonight is meaningless.

Yeah but at least two of the CBs playing tonight will play a lot in the first 5-6 games of the season. That's not a good thing.

The scouting department needs to hire Oscar Lofton. Oscar former Hammond High coach who coached us to a 1970 State Championship and moved on to coach the freshman team at Tulane then as Head Coach at SLU. Oscar spent 27 years scouting for the San Fransisco 49 ers was inducted into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame last year and played with Billy Cannon on the 1955 State Championship at Istrouma high. The man can spot a diamond in the ruff. He scouted many all pros for the 49ers back when they were winning Super Bowls regularly. Hire him Loomis and let him pick your free agents in defense. He can spiof players who have ball skills not just fast players with stone hands and no naturalll skills.
