Bingo, successful teams BUILD THROUGH the draft. Talent evaluation has been awful as of late.
Hopefully Ireland can turn it around in the next few years.

Our depth is probably bad in part because of the cap fix we are in. We have let the dollars flow to the top trying to hold a SB roster together and it's now coming back to haunt us.
