Off season hiring

Who all will be available during this offseason. It's more than obvious that rob Ryan has to go. I wanted to be a believer in him but he is not s good coach.

Depends on pick. If we pick in a range that gets us Conner Cook I think we will keep Payton and build to the future. I am fine with a couple of years where we build through the draft and get rid of bad contracts. Two more years of a draft like this year and we will have a lot of young talent. If that is the case then I would like to give Dennis Allen two years to see what he can do.
Our expectations for this season got out of whack wit a three game winning streak. This year was always about rebuilding.
