Not looking good for A.J. Bouye becoming a Saint...

Never expected him. He's going to get paid huge.

I expect them to make a bunch of B level moves instead of one or two A level moves. But then again, it's the Saints.

I figured since they tried to go all in for Josh Norman last yr that they would make a similar move for a top CB this yr.
Maybe they just valued Norman a lot more than him are like you said gonna make a move for a cheaper CB so they can make moves elsewhere

I wouldn't expect Zeitler either. Could be wrong.

Our depth is just soooooo shitty I expect them to add a lot of good/decent players instead of 1-2 huge contracts.

This is the deepest group of corners I've ever seen in the draft. I would go that route instead of yet again overpaying for an average corner

You are wrong We thought we were getting an all pro with Byrd we didn't get that. We thought we were getting decent players in Spiller and Browner that also didn't happen.

Which is why we should never go after pros who have been in the league and just focus on drafting new guys? Makes sense.



Anyways, you would have thought the Eagles learned their lesson with Byron Maxwell a few years ago.

Bouye is a one year wonder that plays on a stacked defense. Look at the front 7 of Houston vs the Saints front 7.

Zero guarantee that Bouye's success would translate on this Saints defense.
