Knowing Loomis and Payton, if they are able to make a trade or FA acquisition that they can pull off with their cap situastion for a WR, they will do it.

As it is, Colston, Cooks, Toon, Coleman and Jones is a good start....

I don't love that we didn't pick up a WR. It's a concern now with Colston getting older, Cooks as a specialist type and Toon & Saunders unproven. What's Lance Moore up to these days. He should still be good for a dozen or so catches?

In all reality though, I think we are about to become a running team that plays defense. Our RBs outnumber our WRs and the strength of our defense just became right up the middle.

This year Jones replaces Meachem an next year Coleman replaces Colston. This year Colston-Cooks-Toon-Morgan-Jones-Coleman.I did at first think Jalen Saunders would be the return guy but now i think it will be the Sproles like back Marcus Murphy late 230th pick. Now if they keep 6 WR then Coleman over Saunders who will go to Practice Squad. If they keep two on practice squad the 2nd will be between Willie Sneed an R. J. Harris.Andy Tanner the odd man out as he has used up his practice squad time.I still think Tanner could stick on some NFL team as a slot receiver if he was gave a chance.Yes they do have someone to throw to.
