I think it's been stated before that Vilma knows his career is coming to an end. He's fighting for this year......maybe one more, and that's it.

IMO, telling him to drop the law suit or else is a threat. He should be able to use it in his law suit.

Here's a link to the whole story. It appears the NFL sent a grievance letter to the NFLPA asking for it to be dismissed because it violates the new CBA

And get so much shite from the NFLPA.. plus Vilma already suspended this season and does not have many more years left.. at all.
