This is one of the best draft websites out there. They project the #32 pick back to the Patriots in this mock. I like their picks with the exception of CB Kevin King at #42. Budda Baker is still on the board at #42 and I think he's a higher rated S/CB who could play nickel for us as a rookie.

Barnett should be there. And we better take him. I'm warning up to Taco Charlton too though. But I prefer Barnett by a good bit.

If we give up #32 & Barnett gets taken before #11...we might be forced to take Taco at #11(or trade back). Can't really take the gamble of our 2nd round target making it to our pick.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that. I'm still a little skeptical of Taco at #11. Love his upside though.

Me too. I think I like Ruben Foster over Charlton as well. Charlton may end up being great, but I see some bust potential as well.

Barnett at #11 and Baker at #42 is my ideal draft. And if we keep #32, throw a CB like Tredavious White (or Teez Tabor or Quincy Wilson or Gareon Conley or Chidobe Awuzie or Adoree Jackson) into the mix and our defense is better from day 1.

The good news is that the odds of great pick that matches both value AND need will be available. It has been when that is not so clearly evident that we get a "surprise" pick.

If Butler gets on board and an edge rusher goes at #11 I could totally see a safety over a corner with the second pick whether 32 or 42. Obi Melifonw!
