I have 3 seats for sale. Row 11 on 40 yard line in terrace. I am on call for work this weekend and can not make it. My cost per ticket is $115, and I am selling at cost. I will not scalp for my ST friends

My wife along with a friend of mine are also asking around, so I am selling to the first person to claim them. Will update you here if they sell before one of you can claim. If you want them, I need your email address to transfer the tickets to you via the Saints website.

Update: since there is some controversy as to the value of a Saints-Panthers game along with what the original value of the ticket is, I will leave this open to your offers and I will decide if it's worth me selling for those prices

Hate to break it to you buddy but the secondary market sucks this year for sellers.

I haven't made as many games this year because of my ridiculous work and travel schedule. I've sold all of my tickets to every game I've missed at a loss on ticket exchange. I couldn't even get face value ($200/ticket for mine) for the prime time game against the Ravens. Sold for $140 each. That's unheard of in recent years.

Not that I buy my tix to sell but it's getting to where I'm better off paying for a flight back for the game than eating the loss of money.

Yeah you make a good point. I haven't even thought about it in that regard. I may give them to family or something rather than eat a loss... undecided at this point. I do have them posted on Ticketexchange at the $115 mark, which would actually put me at receiving $105 per ticket. I'll leave this up here and there as well and see how it goes. I would be willing to sell at a small loss, but I can't absorb too much of a hit.

And yes, $115 is the value. Each seat was $921.60 for the season. 921.60/8 = $115.20 per game. While this may not be a palatable price, it is what it is. I don't make the prices; I just pay them.

Season ticket price for terrace sideline lower is $920...10 games total { 2 pre-season games are INCLUDED in the cost of season tickets and $ 92 will be printed on each ticket} so each game costs $92

no. you know as well as I do that pre season games are of zero value. would you pay $92.16 for a preseason ticket? I have one extra ticket for each game that I sell to friends to come with me, and they all pay the divided by 8 price knowing that the regular season games are the only way I can not lose money.

so selling my Panthers tickets for face value

Not sure you know what this means. "Face value" is the $ amount printed on the ticket.

You already did.

How is placing a higher value on a regular season game vs. a preseason game different than placing a higher value on a premium regular season game?

I mean, Carolina is a TERRIBLE game compared to the rest of the regular season slate. In all honesty, you are asking too much.

Not anymore. Face value now requires math.

ETA: Just messing with you OP. I would like to go but I am going to wait to see what the weather does this weekend.

You need to sell your tickets prior to the season when opposing fans are making their travel arrangements, want to lock up their tickets in July, etc. etc.

Waiting to sell them the week of the game is a recipe for disaster and unless your seats are in the best strategic price breaks (upper end zone terrace, higher rows of plaza end zone) you'll be lucky to break even.

True but I planned on going to this game until work happened. I'm willing to take a loss, just not too significant of one. I'll amend my initial post to say "make me an offer and I'll decide if it's worth it."

Que the "$10 per ticket" crowd in 3...2...1...

preseason games are the same value as Reg season games? Uh, no

Early season games are the same value as December games when tied for the division lead? Nope

$115 is a bargain, saintards
