Pretty sure if we made up a bunch plays for Kamara like that and force the ball to him he'd have those stats as well

Then you don't understand pick value. Yes we gave up next year's second, which is valued as a third this year. When then used a third to pick him.
Us giving up a second doesn't make him a second round pick. A third rounder was still used on him.

Doesn't matter. Go look up the draft history and it will still say he was taken in the third. What we gave up doesn't change when he was taken.

I mean they are both great and both would and one is deadly in this offense. You can see everyone on the team sees how special kamara is so is McCaffery.
