Friend of mine covers the Saints and he was saying that one agent company represents a large # of 1st Rd guys and are kind of using that leverage to set the $$ higher

I heard Loomis on WWL tonight, he was very pessimistic about Jenkins signing soon which usually means a deal will be coming in the next few days, esp. with Oher and some other rookies signign today.

On another interesting note, he said Will Smith is in shape. While that's not ground breaking news, a healthy and in shape Will Smith is bigger than any aquisition the Saints could have made. Let's hope by some chance those suspensions don't go through.

Orakpo just signed with the Skins. Jenkins should be following suit....One would think...right??

I'm not sure who the agents are. I just saw some headlines. I'll look though.

ETA: Vonte Davis, CB, taken by Miami also signed.

I just heard since Condon had so many in the first round, he was using that as leverage to set the signing bar really high.
