Andrew Luck doesn't work well with check down wrs like brees. Dorsett will replace cooks and can be had for cheap as Indy just signed another WR today.

Would they take a 3rd for him or is that too much?

I don't want to see them do any moves that involve giving up our draft picks, no one left out there is worth giving up any draft picks with the only exception being butler.

sign whoever is a FA out there that is better then what we have or adds depth to our roster but I think we should be done finished and over with as far as trades go. finish the butler deal and move onto the draft with the picks we have left after the butler trade is done.

I'd get the move early in FA, but I don't think that he's better than Ted Ginn is right now.

Would just depend on price. It'd be nice to have another young speedster. We need another wr pretty badly. I agree it would've been better before ginn but maybe we could use ginn more as returner

The colts 4th WR was Chester rogers

This move means nothing for Dorsett leaving Indy

ok just took a look at the guy

you guys do realize, since he was a 1st round pick in 2015, he is a restricted rights player, so that means if you sign him we lose our 1st round pick to do it right? you want to give up #11 to get him because that's what it will mean?

here are his stats LINK

and here is a link saying the colts are likely looking to replace him due to his inconsistency LINK

quote:

Inconsistent is one of the ways to describe the receiver. Dorsett has the speed to be a deep threat, which was evident by averaging 16 yards a reception and having four catches of at least 50 yards last season. It’s when he has to run shorter routes that Dorsett has rarely provided the Colts with much else.

Dorsett had an opportunity to show his value when he slid up to the No. 2 receiver spot while Moncrief was out six games with a shoulder injury last season. In those six games, Dorsett had 13 receptions for 235 yards and two touchdowns.

Dorsett may turn out to be nothing more than a one-dimensional receiver. That's fine when he's able to get open, but that may not be good enough for him to remain the third receiver behind Hilton and Moncrief.

if you want a 1st round pick player you arent getting him without giving them a 1st round pick for him

he isn't an ERFA yet but his value is the same just as cooks value was, you are an idiot if you don't understand that

You're right, the Saints would 100% decline a 2nd round offer for Anthony

Explain how you sign a player under contract on his rookie deal with another team. I think (hard to decipher such splendid English) you mean trade.

Learn how words work.

SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT, YOU GUYS THINK WE CAN JUST WALK IN AND TAKE A PLAYER UNDER CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER TEAM, AND NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING OF EQUAL VALUE TO THAT PLAYERS DRAFT POSITION?

if that's how it works they we need to go grab d'ante hightower then

Bro this guy kekar won't admit he s wrong. I think he just Google s shite and asks questions later. His argument makes zero sense and he s just digging a bigger whole. Dude is on his third year on a rookie deal

His draft position doesn't mean much.

But I'm sure you don't understand sunk costs. Is Anthony's value a 1st round pick?

Also, literally no one said that. You just made shite up about him being restricted and brought up "signing" a player under contract with another team.
