What's the actual procedure/process for it? Tests and checks by our docs or independent NFL ones?
What days are they and when is the decision made, etc?

Yes he didnt' look very concussed during the game after he went out

Yeah, usually players sitting out for concussions are knocked the frick out. Eric Reid took a much bigger hit the week before the game vs. Saints and he played.

How about PT? Will he be back?

I just want to know if he has to be cleared by us or independent NFL ones? Prepared for them to screw us again if possible

I think the team's Doc's give approval.
He looked good to go in the 2nd half.

I really hope that Lewis will be able to play, he had shut down DeSean Jackson all game until he went out with the injury. Thankfully, the injury didn't influence the outcome of the game, but if the Eagles had had the ball last, it might have. With Greer and Vaccaro being out, the Saints need Keenan Lewis badly. Now, his health should be the most important thing here, I just hope that he's healthy enough to play next week.

He just has to be cleared by the team's doc. As long as he is asymptomatic he should be ready early in the week. Hopefully that happens because the game was completely different with him on the sidelines.

Don't forget the BC powder? Take that and you come back strong.
