So, if they hang on to win... The Giants beat the Saints in the Superdome for the NFC title. You really believe that?
The Giants were happy that the 49ers won, and basically gave themselves no chance in the dome. I'm paraphrasing some, but Brandon Jacobs referred to the dome as the Bermuda Triangle, were teams just seem to disappear.
I'd give them a 5-10% chance in that game, and that's being generous. The Superbowl would certainly be no guarantee; but vs a Patriots team minus a full Gronk I'd have liked our chances.
My point is that the 11 team was better than 09, except in one major category; the defense lacked the nack to force turnovers in key situations.

They still came back and took the lead, that's the job of the offense; to score more points than the opponent. They did just that.
