Not shocked here. Sure we may kick the tires, but I just don't see this happening. He's gonna want a lot of PT's PT, which I don't think we can offer him.
Plus $$$ is gonna be a factor for sure.

I think we should tkae a look. Our backs have not been impressive over the lst two years. There may be a game or two that looks good but not am entire season and when we need them the most they fail the worst.

Just say no.
For the kind of player we need, Mike Bell is a better fit at RB than Edge, especially at this point in his career.
He's only 6 feet tall and around 215, which is around the same size as Pierre. The Cardinals used Tim Hightower as their in-between-the-tackles guy last year.

it think it might work . we're super contenders , he'll be back in the south, and who cares if he takes pt from pt whoever is more productive should get the most carries .

Thomas has averaged 4.8 yards per carry over the last 2 seasons compared to Edge's 3.7. Edge is a has been, no way he should take PT's PT.

James has been the same way for the past few years. You don't want to bring in a guy who hasn't been as productive as the guys you have now.
