Its private property. They can ban anyone as they see fit. You see this all the time in any line of business. Its not ritas birthright to go to a game. I doubt she'd want to go anyway

I won't stick up for Rita, but ever since Katrina and TB's piss poor attitude, trying to move the team, etc, I've been waiting for him to kick the bucket. Hate the guy.

I didn't want the saints to move either, but If you had a team worth hundreds of millions you might look at things differently from a mere business perspective. Something to chew on.
