If that's true, and you think from 99-05 the Dome was packed to the rafters with Saints Fans

The way the dome looked in the fourth quarter reminded me of those years.

no this shite is so true. Ive been at a few games this year and I was stunned by how quiet its been. Way worse than 2k11, 2k12, or 2k13. Like people just dont seem to give a rats arse.

I can only vouch for the Green bay game, and it was loud and energetic. I can't blame the fans for yesterday's abomination. What could they get loud for?

This thread is bullshite. Pure and simple. Every player on the field, from HS on and up, knows that if you want the home crowd to get involved, make critical plays. Name one thing the Saints did right yesterday, that crap had nothing to do with the lack of crowd involvement. Cheering at a game like that is not really cheering, it's more like protesting a butchery. The last game was honestly the most uninspired performance I have seen in B&G since the Ditka years.

Someone referenced that the Dome noise has been slowly regressing since 2011... Well, so has the Saints' play to be perfectly honest. And we were 1st in our division? We have a losing friggin record. That's like building a sand castle and loudly proclaiming you are king of the beach, right before the tide carries your sorry arse away.

It was reasonably loud on 3rd and fricking 20 right after the Saints had finally scored, had Cincy pinned deep, had only a 10 pt deficit, and finally had a little bit of momentum, then the Saints allowed a 50'ish yd completion.

Wrong, it was loud when it was competative. And the crowd didn't bail till seven minutes left in the game.
