Yes I know most here are gonna just come in and shite on this thread, so maybe after the first few guys come in and drop some cheesey arse one liners, we can have a legit discussion.. I'm not ready for football season to be 'over' and I still would like to see improvement this season, so what are some immiediate changes that you would like to see made? And please, spare me the whole 'fire everybody' shite

1. Commit to the running game.. we have the horses. Peterson, Ingram, and Kamara all bring a different skill set. I don't care who gets the majority of the workload but I'd love to see CSP commit to the run game. Everyone knows our defense is shitty, so why not minimize the amount of times the other offense touched the ball

2. Switch up the playcalling a little. We are WAY too predictable on offense. Too many times I can predict the play based on personnel alone. Our screen game has been complete shite lately too... why? Because it's so easy to predict when we are going to run them

3. More man/man defense. Our first round pick Lattimore seems to excel in man to man coverage, so why does it seem like we play zone most of the time? Despite what the majority of this board thinks, I though KV did a good job when he was 1 on 1 with gronk

we have no offensive linemen good enough to open holes to run through so this isnt an option

this is on payton, yes allen sucks and isnt getting it done, but its paytons job to replace the man who is clearly not up to the job. so while allen is the problem, payton is the reason it isnt getting addressed.

this year is over, plain and simple, you went home with the fat ugly girl and thats who you are stuck fricking until its over

I agree with it all...with our D being as bad as it is we definitely need to got o a more ball controlled offense and limit defensive snaps. we absolutely have no choice in that matter

It has to be a culture situation going on in the locker room though...this is our second defense coordinator and it is the same result

i haven't been an ingram basher since he stopped shitting the bed. I think the staff fricked up by all this co starter bullshite and it weighed on the team as to the who was what. Ingram's been here, he's been exceptional in the screen game, he's averaged over 5 yards a pop and knows offense best. You let AP know, he's Horse #2, we'll let you know when its your time to step up.

We will be better when Snead, Armstead and Streif are back, at least on offense.

I would fire Allen during the bye week and promote Nolan, and let him do whatever he wants.

He has a bell cow he could legitimately feed 60-70 of the snaps and a solid #2 he can feed the rest. Peterson doesn't belong here other than to close games. That's why we needed to sign a guy who's OK with that role.

How do you commit to the running game when you are down 20 points in the first 5 minutes of the game?

They tried to commit. That's not the problem, the problem is trying to commit by using 3 running backs and 20 rushes. Nobody gets a rhythm, OL struggles to know what to expect from their rb, and play calling is predictable

Hey, don't knock fat girls bro. They put out more often and are not stuck up bitches. Just make sure that if you are a shallow a-hole that You dont get caught with one because you know like the saying goes... Fat girls are like scooters. They may be fun to ride, but you just don't want your buddies catch you riding one.

On D, I would just say frick it and play almost entirely man, and blitz as much as possible. If you're going to get burned as bad as we are, live and die by the blitz.

Don't just sit back in zone and get killed.

I believe there is plenty of talent on both sides of the ball that decent coaching could turn into a playoff team. Somewhere there's a problem with X's and O's or motivation.
