The ban is pointless and overboard. Just make it a penalty IF and only if a player dunking a ball mis-aligns the goalpost. Problem solved.

Didn't they approve to raise the goal post 5 feet anyway, thus making this whole thing pointless. Pretty sure Jimmy can't dunk a 15 ft goal.
Edit: wow I'm an idiot. They just made the uprights extend 5 ft higher, not the crossbar. Carry on. Nothing to see here.

I think they just extended the two tops of the uprights 5' not the cross bar.
