a money grab lawsuit for something that happened over a year ago that teams were already aware of?

Peat made a mid season change from tackle to guard as a rookie. An entire offseason of practice at guard could make a big difference.

If they have Tunsil at the top of their board, I don't see them overthinking the pick. Grab him, thank your lucky stars and work out the details after.

Now this is probably a pointless discussion because if Tunsil starts sliding, teams will be making moves to get him. I don't think he will last till 12..

First I have heard of this, though I have not been able to follow as closely this year as I have in seasons past. The article details two separate instances, so they are most likely aware of the first one. This second one appears to be new.

I agree; I doubt he is there at 12. It's certainly possible though given the circumstances. This is a more likely scenario than many others that have been crafted for this board

I sure hope Peat works out. It will be interesting to see his progress in training camp. Last year he couldn't run 100 yards.

Yes! Ran faster than the flash to the commissioner to announce the pick.

I don't like the Peat to G experiment. Put the guy at RT where he belongs and put Strief at G so he's not out guarding faster defenders.

I agree with this. Maybe Peat could develop into a good G with time and training, but he seems to be best suited at RT.

Streif hasn't gotten beaten out yet which is why you won't see Peat at RT.

Way too many teams between 3-11 who desperately need a LT.

You don't trade Armstead. He's one of the best left tackles in the game. Peat has to be right tackle. He can't play guard. That experiment failed miserable last yr.

LT - Armstead
LG - Tunsil
C- Unger
RG - Strief
RT - Peat
