I really wish I was partying with him.
I had reservations when we hired him. A lot of it probably stemmed from my hatred of the Cowboys. He quickly won me over once the season started.

I knew he would be better than fricking Spags. I figured he would establish some Gregg Williams type defenses: aggressive and confusing, but not necessarily great. He went way beyond that. He does a better job on defense getting the most out of what he has/putting players in a position to succeed than Payton does on offense.

I'm not saying he won't take a HC job but I am saying he wouldn't be as happy as he Is right now. I think if we make him the highest paid assistant coach in the league he stays here forever

I marched with him today. He loved the parade. Cigar in one hand and beer and flowers in the other with someone else carrying his cane. He marched with the people and not by the grand marshals. TE coach's daughter was queen. I believe Morstead is in back right of OP's picture. He has marched with us for a couple years.
