Soldier Field ain't going anywhere either.

The Dome is in great shape, and with the planned upgrades it will be even better.

I do with there was more tailgating space, though. That's the only downside. But putting it on the river, or putting it on Basin, won't give you that either. And the benefits of being so close to everything else more than compensate for the lack of tailgating space.

Besides that area by Basin is in the process of being gentrified.
