Who in their department is responsible for drafting and/or developing WRs? Whoever it is we need to go after him. Their backups would start for us. How are they so damn loaded and none of them were major draft picks!

Very true. All mid-late round picks. That's how you do it.

Brown - 6th round, i agree.
Bryant - 4th round, he's playing like a #2-3
Wheaton - 3rd round, he's playing like a #2-3
Heyward-Bey - 1st round, he's playing like a #4
Coates - 3rd round, we will see. Still early and they're deep

Martavis Bryant is the reason you never pass on super talented players after round 2.

Also couldn't afford Emmanuel Sanders and found Mike Wallace disposable. GOAT WR evaluator working for The Steelers.

Of course but I'm just listing their rounds and development. Of course we know dhb sucks lol. Wheaton and Bryant are good size and good players. They have disappeared throughout the season though which is why brown is targeted so much

Patriots wrs suck arse.

Oline is most important to Drew Brees.

He could make and old boot look like Prime Time Jerry Rice with an amazing oline

5'11 190 at the combine iirc, he looks bigger than that imo.

ben has a lot to do with their success, so does antonio brown too. I still think they're still solid #2-3 in any other decent passing offense.

Brees would be better, but you can't sell Big Ben Short. Dude has thrown some of the best deep passes I've ever seen this season. Injuries have really held him back a bit.

Cooks, Coleman, and Snead is a pretty good trio... true they are not all 6'4" 220 who run sub 4.4 40 times but they have have a niche....

Saints will be fine as long as Watson continues and they have a RB who can catch the ball. Snead had 69 catches for almost 1k yards, Coleman will essentially replace Colston and become the dependable middle of field threat, Cooks provides the outside threat and the guy who can make people miss.... Saints really don't need the 6'5" guy, it would be nice for a Calvin Johnson type but several other teams feel the same way. Receiving is not an issue with the Saints.

All better than anyone we have on the roster, including a 1st round pick. The current Steelers system probably has us overrating their WR a little bit. Still doesn't change the fact that their #4 would be competing for a #1 with us.
