Willie Snead is for real and is the next diamond in the rough. Give this guy more looks and let him shine. He reminds me of a young Colston. Create plays for this guy and with spiller coming back from his injury, this offense will soon gel. Defense will eventually come together. O-line is a huge concern and a big tightend that can stretch the field is still to me biggest issue on the offense side of the ball. Let Robinson start for the running back spot he has more passion than Ingram. Hope coach face it Ingram only shine becuase he wanted a bigger contract . Time to get what can before we realize he sucks as a team member and just cut him for dead money. Defense biggest weak spot is man coverage. Stop our coordinator from calling any plays requiring man coverage. Put passionate players in for pass rush and have accountability for the lazy players who just quite on plays. I counted six plays where hicks gave up,thats why he got bench. Thank goodness this season is at the beginning. Not time to panic until after trade deadline. If i was coach take a fliar on Jason Pierre Paul get medical staffers to make and honest opinion on him and wait to see what the Giants do with him. He might be avaible from what they saying, they could reconsind the franchise tag making him avaible next month. So we need to monitor it and jump on him and bring him in for a work out, before someone like the Patriots get him. I am no expert but a missing fingers guy is better than any of our pass rushers we got now.

I'm sorry, but we suck in off-man and zone defenses. If we aren't in bump and run the other team always has someone wide open. The problem is if we play man across the board, only one linebacker has the wheels to play man. They should probably run a Cover 2 man based scheme. Unfortunately, that's not Rob's style of defense.

I agree with cover 2 man. Rob defense is just to complicated and gets stale quick. Hence he doesn't stay in one place. We did good with Williams because he taught get to the ball any means necessary. Even rip somones head off to get it.
