Hypothetically If La’El Collins

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Collins plans to sign with a team after he is cleared.

Let's just say he is cleared of any wrong doing by the police and he wants to sign with the Saints. The questions I have are
1.He is entitled to a 3 year deal so do the Saints have the money to sign him to a 3 year deal.
2. If we were to sign him who would be the off man out and would he have the best starting Off line in the league perhaps in history?

apparently the fanbase is happy with our current offensive guards. We need money to sign Billy Doofostein from Upper Wisconsin (Le Claire) College, not enough money for this Collins guy.

he'd be signed to a league minimum deal, thus not costing our cap basically anything of note.

Why you fighting so hard for Collins when 99.9% of us would like to have him on the team.
I have 0 idea if he wants to play for the Saints. He may already know where he wants to go. But this sh!t storm has got to blow over for him first.
