Let's say we trade for Malcolm Butler and pick Marshon Lattimore at #11. Imagine having those 2 guys with Breaux. Having one of them play nickel. Now the question is, who would play nickel if this happened?

I don't think we draft CB in the first round if we manage to trade for Butler.

Laytimore has been absolutely skyrocketing lately. Zero chance he drops out of the top 10 let alone top 5 IMO.

It would be an incredible overhaul if it did happen, though.

Glaring need at #11...

There should be a few very good DB's at the 32 spot....

Having butler on board would give us options though...

It still would not matter if we didn't have anyone to put pressure on the passer.

No....If we trade for Butler which is looking likely, we go Pass Rusher @ 11. That is our most glaring need at this point. This draft is very deep and we can pickup a very good CB in the middle rounds if we wanted.

You don't pass on Lattimore

You don't pass on a capable pass rusher. That's where the most value is too long term.

Lattimore is twice the BPa than any rusher available at 11

Aside from Garrett and maybe Thomas I agree with this. Put Hooker and Adams on that list for me too if one of them fall

Breaux should be on the LoS at all-times given his strength

We'd probably do matchup based instead of the Left/Right we tend to like

I would feel like our FO hasn't learned a thing if this happened

Not to mention that a great pass rush can make mediocre corners look like stars

This team can never ever ever have enough corners. Whether 1 or 2 take longer to develop or you eventually have 1 as trade bait. Corners that pan out are diamonds in the market.
