Yep a little early. 3-1 would be sweet though. Although I'm not sure whether I want him or Beckwith more. Probably Riley with his ability to cover and we already have Klein, Teo, Anthony at MLB.

Anthony is no MLB. He got beat out by Laurinitis and FA Craig Robertson and played SLB last year (when he wasn't getting hurt) If we had Ellerbe, Beckwith, and Anthony at LB we'd be legit. Anthony has trouble with reads and Beckwith is much better suited for MLB in that aspect.

Take the purple and gold glasses off my man. If we want him he'll be there in the third

you take them off dumbass. I explained why I think he's a good player and why he fits our team. Has nothing to do with LSU.

It has everything to do with LSU. If he didn't play at LSU you would have no idea who he is.

Idk. How do you feel about getting a player about 30 spots ahead of where he's projected to go.

Check yourself in the mirror...your purple and yellow strips are showing.

I like Riley as an athletic backer--I'm SICK of getting burned in the passing game. Foster or Beckwith, idk that they cover well (haven't really watched Riely's coverage either to be fair, but I'm confident he'd be a little better in coverage than the other two big boys).

BUT, I don't like him that high in the draft.

Don't want any Tigers being picked by these perennial losers and chance ruining one of them! I am soo sick of the plague like attitude towards tigers is not like we will pick anyone better or the greatest drafters so what would be the ^*&(*) difference if we took a chance on one. But pray we don't. Yeah we lucked out big time and won SB I was at every game for many many years including the NFC Championship but are basically losers and will never win anything again. OK am over it

Agreed, but I'm not sure it's being a homer, as much as what an impact Deion Jones made for the Falcons last year. If you could guarantee similar production, I'd say take him.

I'm just not sure "fast, slightly small LSU linebacker" automatically translates to being a starter in the NFL.

Now, if Riley does the same, watch the run next season

I like Riley in the third and more than Beckwith. Don't see why he can't be at the Kwon or Debo level of play.
