A star has been born in Nashville, Tenessee. Kid has everything you want in a Qb. Tall, goes threw his reads well, takes what the defense gives him, accurate, big arm. Today he is 11/11 for 150 yards. Ended 2016 on a tear of 300 yard passing games. Mechanics look fantastic, footwork great as well. Kid has it all and he's only a junior. He's under the radar now but would not shock me if he ends up first round pick ala Jay Cutler. Lets go get our QB of the future, padnas. Kid already looks good in black and gold. Watch him rip Tennessee for 400 yards, taking down another star QB opponent in a Joshua Dobbs (drafted by Pittsburgh Steelers).
Great new prospect Kyle Shurmur

And he has the NFL bloodline, doesn't he?

YES. Father is Pat Shurmur, famous QB coach and pedigree Offensive coordinator of Minnesota Vikings (We play him Monday). So this kid has it all. Smart (goes to Vandy), big kid, big arm, moves well with good mechanics in throwing motion. Has an NFL pedigree and bloodlines. Perfect cocktail of things you want in a hot new prospect

You liked Josh Dobbs. No thanks

Throws it exactly like a Tom brady. Posture and throwing motion is uncanny

seriously though he has improved dramatically but I want to see him against top SEC competition this season (will happen fortunately).

Throw enough stuff at the wall and eventually something will stick.

That's your setup for when I call an unknown going in the first round a year from now? Yall will do anything to avoid bending the knee

Shut the frick up. The upcoming draft will be loaded QB talent & this kid isn't in the other guy's league. Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen, Baker Mayfield, Mason Rudolph, Will Grier etc are all better.

I watched a JV game the other nite in North Mississippi...private school. QB was a one man team, keep your eyes on him.

Bump.
8 TD's and 0 INTs for the SEC's leader in passing efficiency. Somebody get up to Nashville and have a look at this kid. Big arm, goes through his reads like a pro, accurate and decisive. Big frame and thick squads to crush pass rushers in pocket pursuit.
3-0 (1-0 v top 25)
You mean future of Pitt Stealers?
