I have somehow missed this article but I've read a lot about some of the stuff in it before. How devoted he is. The type of person he is. It's why I wanted him so bad.. I don't think he's the type of guy who will settle for making it to the NFL. He wants to be among the best. and I think he'll get there.

There are honestly no words I could type that would explain how excited I am to have this guy on our team.

It's not as good as Jimmy Graham's story but you can tell he's an awesome kid. I hate this Jimmy Graham drama but guess it's just a part of sports. And I'm happy that JG will finally be making big money.

I'll add that this article made me go from wanting him among quite a few other players, to making him one of the top 3 or 4 guys I wanted, tied for about 2nd behind Mosley and with the top 2 corners. It put me at peace with the thought of trading up for him like I would have accepted with those guys.

After reading this article it struck me that he could very well be a more explosive Steve Smith - the bad attitude. He seems that driven and has the skills and college production to likely back that up.

..Steve Smith, the likely Hall of Fame WR...

It gives me the shivers just to think about it.

It's a fantastic read. He grew up near my grandparents house. Paw paw says he is a hell of a talent.

I was just bitching about how we gave up a third to get this guy....this article has me rethinking that opinion. Great read, now I'm REALLY pulling for this guy.

That's probably how I would have been if I had not read this a few days before the draft. This kid will be great. Too much drive and talent not to be.

This seems to be the kid's calling card....and toughness.
