Lol

I know right?

The LB group isn't super below average, but it isn't above average like the rest of our defense which results it in being 'okay' and not great.

If we could get a LB like Kuechly or David we'd be a top 2 defense. Issue is, we have no 3 down ILB that can cover and stop the run on a consistent basis. Hawthorne hits the wrong hole sometimes and Lofton just misses tackles a bit too much to me. If we didn't get cooks, I was praying we got Shazier or Mosley because next year Hawthorne or Lofton will be gone due to their cap hit and what they bring to the table. Mosley and Shazier have potential to become the next David/Kuechly and that would leave atlanta being the lone division rival without a great ILB.

Just shared to Facebook, posting from the Minneapolis airport, so I added a comment about how Viking fan tears taste so good.

Really the only position I'm somewhat worried about is kicker.
Why?

Graham was just fine.
The only times he missed were when CSP made terrible decisions regarding when to kick.

Yea I agree he was in tough position at Seattle with weather and wind, but he hasn't stuck with one team very long for a reason. Obviously, being in the league as long as him he has had many high pressure kicks and that's a good thing though. I'm somewhat confident in him, but not fully. Then again, coach hasn't asked my opinion.

The only position that is a little scary is water boy. Who is going to get the team water.

Disagree. Seattle' kicker nailed his FGs from similar distances. Also at least 10 kickers in the NFL those would be almost gimmes.

Not saying CSP made the right call but more or less we are still below average at kicker.

The whole article was spot-on though. Pretty much reiterates what this board has been saying all offseason.

He can shore up our water boy situation and be a stud ILB at the same time
