Dude, why dont you just watch him play instead of reading a 3 year old article about him on the internet? Im not bashing the guy, im just saying he is not very elusive. I think that is pretty apparent when watching him play. He will never be a guy that makes people miss like darren sproles. He just outruns them, which is fine. Obviously we utilize his skillset well.

I posted information to back up a differing point of view. You should try it sometime.

He accelerates in and out of cuts way to well for someone without "wiggle" in his hips.

I'm sorry that it triggered you.

Who do you think was more elusive, Sproles or PT?

sproles. someone that is elusive makes defenders miss tackles. Brandin Cooks does not make people miss tackles, unless you consider outrunning somebody a missed tackle. He has no Juke, no spin move, and is often tackled or runs out of bounds soon after catching the ball. I know hes not that big and doesnt want to risk injury, Darren Sproles went down when he needed to as well, but that was never his first option. He ALWAYS tried to make defenders miss and get yards after the catch. Brandin Cooks is just not an elusive open field runner. Im sorry, i wish he was because he would be great, but that is just not the case. Again, i am not saying he is bad, because i think he is very good. I just dont think he is an elusive player in the open field.
