I think there is absolutely no way he gets traded but mostly because of the no-trade clause.
But just to throw around the idea I actually think we could get a decent draft pick from a desperate team. I understand most won't because you would just be renting him for the rest of the season........ Take Jacksonville for example though. Say they keep winning because of their defense and Bortles keeps sucking. Throws a few picks costing them a game they should have won. Half way through the season they are sitting atop their division and the option to trade for Drew Brees is there. They would give up a good draft pick to take him. That franchise needs all the help they can get, and if getting Brees for a playoff run to energize that fanbase is an option, they take it.
None of this will actually happen though
