He looked pretty good. Casillas did too, and Robinson made a play or two.

if he plays like this in 2-3 more preseason games, he'll make the team. He looks explosive tonight. Albeit against scrubs, but still.

From what I've heard Galette has a ton of talent but there are concerns about his attitude. This was straight from Gregg Williams as told to a poster on another site.

There was a recent article that addressed this in a roundabout sort of way. Galette talking about having to learn how to act in the NFL. It was a positive spin on how happy he is and working to fit in. Adding that to what GW said and it makes sense...hopefully Galette is giving the coaches EVERYTHING they are looking for!

the so called scouts are good at what they do. It's not like they log onto this board to get what we think, nor should they. With that said, I have to admit, the first time I saw a highlight reel of Gallette, I wondered myself how he didn't get drafted.

why would they log onto this board? I don't get that part?

there jobs are too scout good football players, and obviously they get good money to do it, but miss a lot of Gallettes or even Jahri Evans, though the Saints did they homework on him.

dayum...

Rookie free-agent defensive lineman Junior Galette had two tackles and three quarterback hurries, and lost a sack and forced fumble because of a penalty away from the play.

He was a guy with character concerns. In his own words, he was kicked out of Temple because of the computer theft issue with his cousin (of which he may or may not have been really involved in - sounds like he wasn't directly involved). He said that came on top of some other issues and he had some growing up to do.

So - he is undersized, made a lot of plays against non-talented players, and has character concerns. Perfect recipe to not get drafted, but be highly sought out for UDFA.

That was close to being one of the most impressive things I've seen from a D lineman.

Dude is legit.

I could see him being a real weapon in GWs system. Hopefully another UFA steal...

A Greg Williams special. He is known for succesfuly dealing with "troubled" players.

Hargrove immediately comes to mind.
