Yeah the second round is a lot deeper in the talent pool at that level. We are going to get a good player if we stay put or trade up.

I wouldn't hate trading up into the 3rd if the price is right either. I think a 2nd next year would be more than worth it looking at how many "2nd round" guys will be available in the 3rd.

Wouldn't hate any of these guys at 58

Jean-Baptiste and Desir Would be amazing gets for CB

Lawerence/Attachou would be great for our OLB

You'd have to seriously consider martin too.

Let's hope there's a run on QBs at the top of the 2nd round since so many teams passed on them in the 1st. It will push some of these premiere players down to us.

I'd really like Van Noy here. I'm definitely looking at LBs and if there's no one worth it there, just bite the bullet and take Martin.

Let's be honest. We don't know what the Saints bubble is, but I'd have

Van Noy
Martin
Jean-Baptiste
Desir
Seferian-Jenkins
Richburg
Ellis
Hageman &
Moses

at the top of my board. And it looks like we have a good chance to land at least one of those guys.

I agree with this, although maybe not the center reach part.

If we get a good linebacker in the second, I'll cake my pants.
