Tore my Achilles in May. I have new perspective when I see a professional athlete tore theirs. It's a longggg recovery process even for pros with the best physical therapists.

Looks like his television career is about to take off.

Steve Smith is in his late 30's and is coming back from a torn Achilles this year. Still a long road ahead for him but not unheard of.
