but I have never gotten the trend for floor level suites. Sure, it's cool if we score a TD in that endzone, but it's got to be a bitch to see all the way down on the other side of the field.
It's terrible, no chance to really watch teh game and know what's going on.

I had a suite similar to that in the corner of the endzone at JerryWorld for the LSU-Miami game. The tickets specifically said we'd also have access to rows 1 through 3 of regular seats, something we checked into just for that reason. Get to the game, and wouldn't you know it, they tell us we need separate tickets. Me and my best friend were livid. We basically watched the 1st half eitehr in the suite on the small TV or just on the big screen in the stadium. It sucked.

But my best friend is a lifelong Miami fan, so I guess I can't complain as much as him.

I'm in 154, row 20. We were told that we wouldn't be affected, but who knows? I'm just ready to get back in there.

Losing our row 2 seats to the suites. Not any attractive alternatives being offered to relocate. Had these seats for 20+ years.

I have never seen anything about the capacity change from anything I have read over the past year. How much will this decrease capacity? I saw that they were exploring standing room only seats at the top ring of the dome endzones above the end zone terrace. I wonder if that makes up for it.

I have seen other renderings where it appears they chopped of the first five rows of the terrace. It could be an artists dream as I never have seen anything in print to back up what is in the rendering.

Sorry sir, your seat on row 3 in the end zone no longer exists, but we will make things right. We now have standing room only tickets at the edge of the roof to accommodate you."

It's going to be annoying to spend all that money only to be blocked by photographers, field workers, officials, network tv camera operators, trainers, etc that populate the end zones.

NFL games are not about watching the games anymore. It is a social event and where you sit is a status symbol.

I hate the trend of reducing capacity for gimmicks like SRO and corporate amenities all under the guise of “fan experience”.

I don’t know the exact number, but I’d bet the dome goes from 74k capacity to around 65k to make room for this bullshite.

Were in that endzone and received a call a few weeks ago that we would need to be relocated and given "first priority"

Let's get real, that's for partying and clients. Not watching the game.

Die hards usually can't afford that and have season tickets elsewhere already.

I was offered bunker clubs as an alternate for several times the price. I told them we should talk after the season and renewals

Pretty sure it’s Pierre Thomas
Nvm. I see it’s 13. Pierre was 23.

That is what they did to the media in the previous renovation to add more suites.

Press box before 2010 was in the 300 or 400 level, it was a nice experience. There was a large conference room for the media to congregate and eat. I can remember a few times they even had an omelette station.

You could use alternative elevators to go from that level to the floor when it was near the end of the game when the press box elevator is held for coaching staff.

Then it moved to the 700 level. You are about even with the new screen. No more conference room. Food is served in a lunch line behind the main press seats. You eat at your seat. Elevator is now limited to one elevator to go to the new level.

I believe the TV broadcast booth is still on the lower level. Radio booths are upstairs.

Hopefully, they add more elevators to get to and from the 700 level in this renovation. Someone in the visiting media said that this is the only stadium in the NFL like this.

Lipstick on a pig.

Tear that old bitch down and make way for progress. This is NOT the St Louis Cathedral or anything. How long before NOLa gets a first class arena again?

It’s more about special events outside of The saints. Have to keep up.
