Did they intentionally grow the grass high?

They keep slipping, but on that drive that started from the freaking 3 yard line should have been 7.

All those weapons, and you run, on a shitty field, with a line who can't block, then throw to Jed?

Get the ball to graham, colston, etc... Terrible play calling by payton.

It's their home field.

Anyway, I hate these kind of excuses. ARe the Bears not playing on the same field?

I thought they were both playing on the same field. Do the saints not have the same access to cleats as the bears? I'd they do, I see no problem at all.

Intentionally didn't cut it. Made what is normally a field equivalent to a bad HS stadium into something a Middle School would be embarrassed by. So much for Roger's safety of the players BS.

How's it a big advantage for the Bears? They're playing on the same field.

You have a point. But it's nonsensical to suggest the impact upon a team like N.O. is the same as the impact on the Bears.

When there is a speed disparity, one waters down the field, lets the grass grow long, etc. It's the equivalent of groundskeepers watering down the base paths when the opposing team steals a lot of bases. Does NOT affect both teams equally, unless the teams have the same team speed. Think about that abomination of a field for the Capital One bowl against Sandusky U. Was it better to slow the game down for them or us?

They don't practice on it, the only way you get used to it is if you a certain area that maybe bad.

same is true for the Dome. It's part of a "home field advantage".
