You’ll never see the Superdome as empty as the Falcons stadium was Thursday night . Don’t care how bad we might be our fans won’t leave our team with no fans to play for ..

Beer is 4/5$, food is 2/3$ and they still can't get a crowd. Pathetic..

I'm a Saints fan that live in ATL, this city is way different than Louisiana/NOLA. Here you have people from all over the world literally so all sports games is just entertainment or something to do. Few diehard fans in comparison to the cities population. Many people live here but are fans of all 32 teams create a pretty cool atmosphere to be honest.

Yeah ya right. We might put bags over our heads but we will show up.

Even in the Ditka days, only the corners were empty.
But PSLs and the rise of ticket brokers definitely have a negative impact.

I dint know, but I remember there were some really bad attendance years “back in the day.” Like, really bad.
A few bad years would impact Saints attendance too. How much, don’t know. But let’s not delude ourselves.

The PSLs priced out their real fans.
I often wonder how New Orleanians would react if they started to sell PSLs in the Superdome. I’m thinking most would groan and pay up.
The people of Atlanta said frick you. Many of the PSLs that were sold are now in default for non-payment.

This is inaccurate. I paid $9.50 for an 8ounce beer (goose island IPA) that night. Those cheap rates they promised, never really panned out.

Second half was pretty bad. Lower bowl was half empty by then.

you would think that the saints are their only chance at a relevant game this year, and if no other game this year, thats the one game worth going to if you are a falcons fan

Bud Light Thursday night was $7. Sure it was less than the Superdome but I wouldn't call it cheap.
Also a hot dog was $1.50

in '98 when we played the Cowboys Dome was nearly full might have been but I can't remember.
we weren't that good that year but we beat the shite out of them thAT day.
kinda miss that pooch would fetch the kicking tee.

I think part of that came from the controversy to replace the Georgia Dome. There was conflict on why it needed to be done. So glad the Saints are smart to know not to do this, and can generate money from a different avenue.

Maybe never again but not never.
I was in this crowd and there weren't even the announced 26 thousand in there.
It felt like a Tulane football home game in the Dome.

Not really.
Honestly, there isn't a place I'd rather be than NOLA when our sports teams are playing well. That place is so damn fun and you can just feel the vibes throughout the city.
Hell, even crime goes down when the Saints are winning
