All things being equal, Malcolm is significantly more WOKE than Earl Thomas. He is durable and consistent but he sometimes doesn’t seem fully committed to LGBTQIA+ Rights. So I’d get Aaron Glenn to work with Malcolm on some transgender outreach specifically, and roll with him.

You don't publicly tell your hall of fame qb to stfu when he had a valid point. That is the reality check. Kneeling for the national anthem and hating police is two different things. They are trying to make a connection that isn't there. If you have a beef with police then go protest on your time off not when you are on the clock.
