I really don't mind the bags. It's part of our history. The team that showed up Monday reminded me of some of those shite teams from the 80s.

You sir are part of the problem. Quit living in the past. That was (7) seven years ago!! We suck. Payton sucks. The bags we will wear at the next home game, represents the fans that want to see a change. That change must start with a new head coach!!

Payton for sure has to go. He is not the same Coach he once was. After Bountygate and his 1 year suspension I think that messed him up. That Super Bowl win was a long time ago. You cant win games, let alone Division Titles, NFC Championships and Super Bowls on the past.
His drafts suck, free agency sucks and the horrible deals they are giving to these players such as Byrd. The guy has been injury prone and frankly sucks. And we have salary cap issues. This team is basically screwed. Oh and the Defensive Coordinator, he needs to go as well. Fire the whole staff and start fresh. And a cleansing of the roster is in order as well.
But it will take years for all this to happen. Prepare yourselves for a few years of misery. This team will not win many games for a while.

This is a terrible way to look at it. We don't have to destroy all of the good things in our organization to get rid of the bad. Honestly, I think if we got a real GM that took the draft and free agency power away from Payton a lot would improve.
We have some standout players on this roster. What we don't have is depth. But we do have a lot to look forward to if we have a solid free agency this offseason. I'm talking another 13 win season. We have been screwed with injuries and our lack of depth is exposed. We can finish the rebuilding process by having one more good offseason (this offseason was solid with a good draft and addition of Fairley would we should definitely resign)
