Obvious he can't throw the ball down field or with any zip whatsoever. Every through fades to the turf. Making our offense one dimensional.
He is hurt, but coach is too hard headed to put in the backup. Smells a bit like hard headed Haslett and brooks.

Agree!!! It's been obvious. Look at the difference between the zip Ryan has on his balls and Drew's passes!!!

Not a decline, just still being hurt. I would rather a healthy McCown than a one armed Brees

He's 10 of 13. One incompletion was an overthrow, one was the underthrow to Cooks. One was a drop by Snead. Seems like most of his "through"s are going where they should.

Or we're choosing not to throw down the field because we're down one starting OG and our two best OTs.

10 of 13 throws five yards or less ain't going to get you there. He can't throw the ball 10 yards on a rope.

he def isn't right. if the losses keep coming i assume he'd go on IR. hopefully it doesn't come to that and he can rehab week-to-week and we can win some games.

Dude has a messed up shoulder, a scout team left side of his OL, terrible WRs, and is still at 80% for 164 yards in a half in which he lost a potential drive due to a punt block. He's making a 3rd tier TE in the sunset of his career look all-pro.

But people claim he's done and that we need to trade him.

Not saying he's done or to trade him. Just sit him a few weeks to get healthy.
