If Brees finishes his career here he'll never be able to pass the Saints for the record, though he likely ties/passes the Dolphins and may tie/pass the Pats.

Having lived through the Carl Smith and Bobby Joe eras, I don't know how some people can't appreciate our team the last decade and how great Drew Brees really is.

Good thread!

That's pretty shocking to me. 400 total? Yeah. Passing? Pretty shitty d.

Imagine how many 400 yd games he would have if he played against the Saints defense two time per year.

Without DB the past few seasons, this is a 4-12 type of roster.

He really is under appreciated on a national level. He gets thrown in there underneath Brady and Rodgers but is every bit as good.

If the Saints front office wasn't so pathetic putting a defense around Bress he would be in the media GOAT conversation.

The interesting stat would be how many of those 400 yard games were Saints losses. If many of these came during these mediocre Saints seasons then lol.

Couldn't you technically say more than 30 NFL franchises? Including the Saints in that seems silly considering he owns 15/16 of them

Unmentioned is that Matt Flynn is 1/8 for the Packers and has the record for yards.
