Its not about which team bids the most. Watson has to agree so every team just needs to have a competitive bid, not be the best deal for the Texans.

If saints want Jimmy G they need to trade for him before watson sweepstakes skews the market following the big Russell wilson trade— not participate in running up trade value as is speculated here
