Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports that the market for Still already is in the range of $12 million per year. This hasn’t kept the Dolphins from officially bowing out, but unless Stills is willing to take less than he could get elsewhere, he’s likely to leave.

As Salguero explained last week on PFT Live, the situation boils down to one simple proposition: Other teams will pay Stills like a No. 1 receiver, and the Dolphins won’t — because their No. 1 receiver is Jarvis Landry.

Salguero now points out that the Eagles are considered to be the favorite to land Stills,

That is way too much for him. He's had some sparingly good moments for the Dolphins since joining them, but he's also had some really bad ones. $12M is very high for him, I can't believe they think some teams will actually cough that up for Stills.

best season was still his 2nd year in the league. Not even cracking 1000 yards once, not even cracking double digit TDs either.

Dude is a big homerun hitter though and he showed in his 2nd year with us he can improve route running and run a full tree.

It's probably the Browns offering that much.

Damn, $12M would make him the 10th highest paid WR and just over Jordy who will make $11.5M

That makes no sense. At no point in his career has he shown to be a #1 receiver. He never even caught 1000 yards in a season, and now he's going to get almost a top 5 wr salary?

just looked up eagles stats, they don't have any field stretcher worth a shite. Agholor hasn't been getting the job done. They probably do need someone to hit the homerun and take the middle field pressure off jordan matthews and dgb.

Where are you getting you info? According to spotrac it would make him the number 6 paid wr, in between Hilton and Baldwin, and Jordy Nelson is the #14 paid wr.

I assume that was for me, I went to Over the Cap; my numbers was for Cap hit which I assume would be the only way he could get close to $12M

Yeah, I just realized that you are probably looking at salary in a given year, and the numbers I pulled are average salary for the contract.
