I just don’t want to see another Antonio Brown situation. Hope he learns from this.

Michael Jordan punched Steve Kerr at a practice once. Did that tarnish his legacy?

Michael Thomas being awesome at football and an a-hole as a person are not mutually exclusive options. You can cheer him on Sunday, vote him into the HoF for his football accomplishments, and believe that he’s a douchebag all at the same time.

He should apologize to the team. The more tears the better.

Here's how the majority of NFL fans reacted when reading or hearing about MT13 getting into fight with teammate Chauncey Gardner-Johnson

He needs about 18-20 more documented public "mishaps" that need to occur including a complete mental breakdown before MT13 gets into "Antonio Brown situation" territory.

I'm gonna need 3-4 apologies like drew did

Or not... when the guy you're fighting wants to change his name to ceedy Duce, it has to be somewhat justified

I don’t know what happened. Sounded like mutual back and forth. MT threw first and fight happened. It happens.

If anything MT was questionable to play Tonight and this allows us to get some of that $100m back.

And Gardner-Johnson has openly admitted to having mental issues but let's jump to conclusions & fault Thomas here.

Same can be said for Lebron.

I say let them fight. The defensive backfield needs to toughen the frick up anyway.

Note that no where in my post did I say I think that he is an a-hole. I was just pointing out that the options aren’t mutually exclusive because this OP is about someone’s off the field actions tarnishing their football legacy.

But continue to make assumptions on my behalf if you do choose, it makes no difference to me.

Best WR in Saints history says no.

But he can forget about the best teammate award.

I don't know about "tarnishing his legacy." He's still a great football player. But he definitely seems like an a-hole when considering the things publicly available about him. Who knows though. It's not like I know the guy.

They should make him sing the National Anthem while standing at the next game.
