I'm traveling to London with a friend to catch the game and am wondering if STH have access before the general sale. If so, gonna have to start finding a friend of a friend with season tickets TIA

I called the ticket office a couple of weeks ago regarding this and they said that STHs will be getting an email sometime in mid/late June regarding tickets for the game in London.

Sounds right. They want to shorten the window as much as possible for us to plan to be able to go in a feasible manner.

Then they will require that tickets must be picked up in London in person (to make sure that we can’t flip them as a benefit for buying season tickets).

Finally, after thinking of any more inconveniences/deterrents that they can enable to discourage us from going, the Saints will put the tickets on the secondary market themselves (just like they did for the Bears Covid playoff game; instead of offering us the chance for more season ticket holders to purchase when Chicago returned some of their allotment).

I hate the External Operations part of the Saints very much. Just scumbags.

I mean in reality, we paid for the Vikings game already. You should be able to go if you want.

In years past they didn’t charge you for the London game. This year they charged you but you don’t get the ticket.

Pretty low class by the organization.

The first time they played in London I bought a cheap ticket through eBay(UK). Dumb luck I met some of the players wives outside the stadium and one gave me a ticket to sit with them.

The 2nd time I bought a ticket from one of the coaches. Another dumb luck situation. Met someone that said they knew one of the coaches and his family wasn’t coming.

I haven’t started looking yet but worst case someone will have tickets for sale at the stadium or the day of online.

Has anyone purchased a London game ticket yet? If so which site did you use?

Yes in years past, they would break it down by number of games and charge you on a per game basis. They wouldn’t charge you for the London game.

This year they charged the same amount, actually I paid more than last year on an increase, and they said you were paying for the entire ‘season ticket package’ because you were still getting 8 home regular season games.

So yes you paid for the Vikings game and don’t get a ticket for it.

The secondary market for sporting events in England is nothing like it is here in the states, as most clubs require you to have memberships to buy tickets and they get loaded directly to your membership card

I emailed the Saints ticket office yesterday and got this reply this morning:

:Good Morning,

We do have an allotment of tickets but have not started to sell at this time………………..when we start it will open up to STH on their tenure as a STH. Until we run out.

I am going as well.

STH since 2006, hopefully that tenure combined with not that many STHs going will get me two tickets.

Good luck. I inherited my grandfather’s tickets. So technically I am a STH since 1967. I feel good about my chances

Well this year would have been the first year with an extra home game correct? So you are paying the same amount as last year. It would have been more if they charged us for the London game. Or maybe I read your post wrong.

Last year we lost a home game but had already paid for it. This year we got the extra afc game so they didn’t charge you extra It’s just we are still getting the same amount of home games

Saints did a backdoor price increase on everyone. Last year, we had 10 superdome games scheduled, 2 preseason and 8 regular season.

This year, they charged at least the same price but only for 9 superdome games: 1 preseason and 8 regular season (not including the London game). It's effectively a hidden price increase, same price for fewer games.

Thanks for the tip Doc, I got mine for the first London game (vs the Chargers) through the Saints. I had to go to Airline to physically pick them up.

They were OK seats, about 30 rows up, 30 yard line at Wembley. No one else around me were Saints or Chargers STHs. I asked.
