Anyone else having issues logging into the app?
I keep getting “username doesn’t exist”
I can log into direct TV and it shows NFLST purchase.
Customer service has been non existent

Yeah app isn’t functional yet, happening to everybody. Wait till season starts

I specifically asked DirectTV about the app not working until season starts and they said it should be working now.

Try to logout of other devices, I had the same issue. I think they only allow 1 device per login…

I'm pretty sure that they lose Sunday Ticket after this season. Don't know who's gonna get it yet

You should be able to sign in it just won’t have any games pulled yet. They did do a preview of week 3 of preseason. Maybe delete the app and reinstall?

I can log in, but my Roku TV doesn't remember the email address I used even though I check the box to remember the log in credentials.
It defaults to my main email address so I have to type it all in each time.

Their sign up page is down… how the help is your signup page down the morning of the season starting?
