Me and a friend were discussing this at dinner last night; but neither of us could remember what the hell he did. I think it was in Jefferson Parish from what I remember.

SWISSVALE, Pa. -- New Orleans Saints running back Craig 'Ironhead' Heyward, with stitches in his head, was released Sunday after being charged with resisting arrest.
According to court officials, Heyward was spotted by police in the borough of Rankin in his car about 1:10 a.m., pushing a locked car through the parking lot of the Club MVP.
When police ordered him to stop he drove away.
Heyward, a star running back at the University of Pittsburgh before joining the Saints in 1988, was stopped a short time later in neighboring Swissvale by three officers.
According to officials, Heyward began fighting with the officers when they tried to arrest him and had to be subdued. He received several stitches to the head and treatment for a hand injury.

Is that even physically possible? Not to sell CIHH short.

It is when you are pushing it with another vehicle (a truck/SUV in this particular incident).
I've also seen a vehicle take an lengthy unmanned, ricochet-filled descent down a parking garage ramp courtesy of a couple (I'm guessing) disgruntled guys and a mid-winter freeze.

quote:don't know about Ironhead, however, I witnessed a bar brawl at Kelley's bar/lounge in Hammond between 4 locals and Doug Atkins and Dave Parks. Doug was doing most of the heavy lifting and Parks was more interested in the bar maid - the four guys hauled arse when the Hammond police arrived - I was 20 at the time and just got back from Nam - I was scared shitless - the bar mail told me later that Doug always carried a gun - didn't pull it that night - didn't need to.

I seem to recall Ironhead being involved in an incident in the parking lot of Lakeside shopping center. He was leaving Champions (or whatever the name of that bar Morten Andersen owned was) and was getting harassed by autograph seekers. They wouldn't let him be, so he picked up on of those metal police barricades over his head and acted like he was going to throw it at them. That cleared them out, but they called the JPs one him.
He also grabbed a girl's arse at a bar and the situation escalated.
He was a funny guy and could usually talk his way out of whatever stupid shite he did, but not always.

People post a lot of BS on these boards, but I have no doubt that is the absolute truth.
