The author, Drew Magary, his shite is tired and lame. He's been writing the same column for college for years too. It's just old, lazy and unfunny. He's smart enough to write something new but too lazy.

My larger point is that guys like Magary and some other bloggers in new media love to talk down about the old media, newspapers especially, about their poor content and tired, repetitive nature. Magary and company are the same deal, just new packaging.
That's what great about the internet, you're not stuck with one paper or one website. you can pick and choose your content and tune lazy stupid bloggers or guilbeaus of the world out.
