If some way miraculously Brandin Cooks and CJ Mosley are still on the board at 27 or even in the 20s and we trade up , who do we take or who would you rather?

Mosley hands down. Now if you would have given me Cooks or Shazier then I'd take Cooks.

Mosely and never look back. Plenty of good receivers in the 2nd round.

And his combine numbers demolished D. Thomas. People were concerned about his strength. The guy hit 20 reps on 225

That's a tough one. I like Cooks better out of these 2, but I think you can find a more similar player later in the draft like Cooks, than you can Mosley. I just saw a tweet from Glazer that said the GMs he polled this year on who the greatest kid in the draft is (meaning off the field), and most answered with Cooks. I'm guessing this is the WR that Payton was speaking about that really stood out in the pre-draft interviews.

As much as I would love Cooks and think we need more speed and quickness in the wr core, you can't pass up the value that we would get with Mosley especially with the deep wr class.

If Mosley is there we absolutely have to take him.

That guy is an "anchor your defense and never leave the field for the next 7 years" type of player

And he fills a need at what is essentially the weakest part of our defense now. (I have faith in our corners to fill the hole that Greer left - I'm also holding out hope he will return on a cap friendly deal down the line.)

I've been a big supporter of WR, but if he is there, I would love the Mosley pick. Front 7 would be insane.

my initial reaction was cooks but on second thought, we are one ILB that can cover away from having one of the scariest defenses in the league. Mosley is that guy. I would take him and never look back.

Still would have Moncrief and maybe Matthews in the second

Easily Mosley.

Could have similar to a Keuchly-type impact.

Mosely could very well be the best defensive player in the draft when it's all said and done
