19 snaps! What a waste.

"Chiefs churned the bottom of the roster Tuesday, and gave another chance to one of the draft busts of recent memory."

I am with the OP...it was obvious that Tiller was a top 15 talent and should have been a perennial probolwer by now...good job Loomis, you really messed this one up!

its all about perspectives, you have to go back to that year and look at who we had on the team and then tell me who we should have cut to keep him. then show me how a guy who only started half the games each year was somehow so much better then who we chose to keep by releasing tiller

Damn you, sir. Damn you to hell. If that had been anybody but Baptiste it would have been a fail anyway. But Tiller? You made us click to find fricking Tiller?

also, the saints didn't even see any value there in him to sign him to compete with anyone we have on the roster now and that says a lot since I don't think all that much of the ones we have or fault the saints for not signing him now

he is just a camp body "meh so what" guy they signed just to fill in a roster spot and they may not even think he makes the team after the cuts

Vague title - check
No information if you don't click on a blind link - check
Topic has already been brought up in another thread - check

I regret that I have but one downvote to give.

He was a 6th round pick that is still in the league going on 5 years... That is hardly a bust and why are you posting about a player that we got rid of a long time ago?

Iirc we actually had him on our PS and the Niners signed him away onto their active roster.

And for a 6th rounder you can do a LOT worse than 14 career starts. Most of these guys don't make it past year one.

could be wrong, but I think he was somehow implying we made a mistake in releasing him

As I said in the post above I don't believe we did. Iirc the Niners poached him from our PS.
